Baguio is well known for pine trees, butterflies, strawberries and flowers. An incredible amount of flowers are grown in and around Baguio. As far as flowers go, you can buy them for very reasonable prices from local vendors.
During the Panagbenga flower festival, one of the largest festivals in the Philippines the floats in the Grand Float Parade are all decorated and covered completely with flowers.
Visiting the flower fields is a favorite activity and a great opportunity for taking some amazing photos to share your Baguio experience.
